   We begin with a free live video call. This is a real conversation, not a form, and there is no obligation. I want to understand how you want the trip to feel before we talk about where it happens.

2. Your planning investment

   After our call, you make your planning investment and I begin the work. It covers personalized research and itinerary development, and it gives your trip my full attention.

   • The amount is based on the scope of your trip, and you decide before anything begins
   • The investment is non-refundable, because the research begins right away

3. Research and your custom plan

   I compare resorts, room categories, timing, transfers, and the experiences that suit you. Then I narrow it down to a focused plan instead of handing you a pile of options.

4. We refine it together

   We go through the plan on a call. You tell me what feels right and what does not, and I adjust. This is where a good plan becomes your plan.

5. We book

   Once you decide, I handle the booking and the details that come with it, so you are not tracking confirmations across a dozen emails.

6. Support before and during your trip

   Before you leave, I confirm that every detail is in place. While you are away, I am available if something changes. You are not on your own.

Questions people ask

Why is there a planning investment?

Because the work starts long before a booking. Researching, comparing, and matching a trip to you takes time and judgment. The investment means I can focus on your needs, not on whatever is quickest to sell.

Do you work for the resorts?

No. I work for my clients. I partner with resorts and suppliers I trust, but my loyalty is to you, and I will tell you plainly when a property is not the right fit.

What does the planning investment cover?

Personalized research, comparison, and itinerary development, plus the guidance that comes with them. It is non-refundable because the work begins as soon as we start.

Could I just book this myself?

You can, and many people do. The booking is rarely the hard part. The cost is your evenings, your energy, and the risk of learning a resort was the wrong fit after you arrive. What I add is knowing which resort fits how you want to feel, which room category is worth it, which details change the trip, and having someone to call when something goes wrong.

Why pay for planning when some travel agents are free?

Advisors who are free are usually paid only when you book, which can quietly shape what they suggest and limits the time they can give each client. A planning investment lets me research properly, answer to you, and tell you when the best choice is not the biggest booking.

Where do you plan travel, and where are you based?

I am based in Gainesville and Ocala, Florida, and I plan travel for clients nationwide, by video call, phone, and email. Destinations span the world, with a particular focus on Mexico and the Caribbean for weddings and honeymoons.

How far ahead should I reach out?

The sooner the better, especially for destination weddings and group travel. If your trip is closer, reach out anyway and we will see what is possible.
